Any patient of Knox City Orthodontics who commences a comprehensive treatment between 2nd May 2022 and 30th June 2022 or, any active patient who refers a new patient for a consultation, during the this period will be eligible to win the value of their treatment to share between themselves and those less fortunate. Major prize is to the value of a comprehensive treatment fee (up to) $9,000. Of which, 50% is to be deducted from the winning patient's treatment fee and the other 50% donated, in the practice and patients name, to Fitted for work.
